Some pet are short lived. They left in just few years. Some are still there when the owners are long gone.
For instance, Umbrella Cockatoo. This bird can live up to 90years of age. Imagine if I have a cockatoo and raised it since hatch, I would have long gone and he/she will still be there.
Today another bird of mine flew away. The most beautiful bird that I ever had. My dad forgotten to close the front door when he went out.
The previous owner have cut her wings. I wonder how she is doing now out there. I hope she is doing well. But without her wings fully grown, I'm afraid that she will not be able to survive as how she should. It's really bad that human have the audacity to cut the wings of an animal that God have make them so perfect to fly and travel wherever they need to.
When my dad first brought Yellow home, I was so sad looking at her wings that already being cut. It's cruel. It you don't want it to fly away, engage with it, tame it and it won't fly away. Not cut their wings.
I will definitely miss Yellow so much.
Goodbye my winged friend. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. I hope you'll be well out there.
